Sandy Morgan is the Administrator for Foundation House at Northgate. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has worked in long-term care since 1978. Sandy opened Foundation House at Northgate in 1997 and obviously enjoys working here. In fact, she plans to work at Foundation House until she retires. Sandy finds this profession very challenging since there is never a dull moment interacting with staff, assisting residents, and helping families. She is married and has two sons. Sandy is active with the Washington Health Care Association and has been for many years. |

Jocelyn Washington, our Director of Healthcare Services, has been with Foundation House at Northgate since 2000. Prior to coming to work for us, she worked in clinical nursing and long-term care for 7 years. Jocelyn loves getting to know the residents and helping them with their healthcare. When she is not at work, Jocelyn enjoys listening to classical music, going to concerts, reading, gardening, and traveling. |

Steve George is a graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary School with an associate degree in restaurant hotel management from St. John's University. Steve's experience in the restaurant industry spans over 20 years, with the first 11 years in fine-dining establishments. He has been Head Chef for Foundation House since 1997. Steve currently resides in Snohomish with his wife and a very large dog. Steve believes that customer service and communication are the two most important factors in running a successful food program. He ensures that all residents' dietary needs are met to help them be healthy. |

Hilary Crisman is the assistant activities director at Foundation House. She attended Western Washington University and graduated in 2006 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Hilary is nationally certified as a health and fitness instructor and encourages everyone to remain active. She likes playing and partying with all the residents, especially bowling, bingo, and happy hour! In her free time she enjoys refereeing soccer at all ages and skills, playing soccer, biking, enjoying the outdoors, and hanging out with friends. She likes to watch Seattle Sounders soccer games with her brother and has fun exploring different areas of Seattle.

Joe Madsen is the Community Relations Director. He was born and raised in the midwest and from there joined the Navy and traveled the world. He has a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing from Columbia College of Missouri. In his free time, Joe likes to help out with the Northgate Chamber of Commerce, hang out with his friends, and read.

Judi Mina is our in-house Beautician. Masterful at creating the perfect hairdo, and a great conversationalist, residents love her. Judi has lived in the Seattle area her entire life. She got into hairdressing 38 years ago, right after graduating from Lincoln High School (which is only a few miles from Foundation House). Judi also helps out with decorating for special occasions and creating contests for free hairstyling. She loves meeting new residents. |

Matt Morgan is our Maintenance Director and is the newest member to our team. He is from Snohomish were he was raised and went to Snohomish High School. Matt has experience in construction, landscaping, and heavy equipment operation. He has a great sense of humor and loves kidding around with the residents. It’s also no secret that Matt’s passion is fishing and hunting. |

Linda Ryer, who has been a Bookkeeper since 1978, has been with Foundation House at Northgate since we opened in 1997.
She handles all the financials and works closely with our management company. Linda has become friends with the residents over the years and loves having them be a part of her daily life. She lives in Everett with her two cats and watches her three grandchildren play baseball, soccer and basketball. Linda loves working here and calls Foundation House her home away from home. |

When you first walk through the doors at Foundation House at Northgate, you'll be greeted by the smiling face of Sharon Cyr, our daytime Receptionist, who has been with us since 1999.
Any time visitors, residents, or staff have a question, they know Sharon can help. She says "This the most heartfelt, rewarding job I’ve had in all my 42 years of employment. I have been truly blessed to have the opportunity to interact with so many wonderful people." Sharon is well-known around here for her big hugs and big heart. When at home, Sharon loves yardwork, reading, playing with her cat, and conversing with her talkative cockatiel. |
