Take a Tour
From the moment you see our mature landscaping and the active, walking-friendly neighborhood, you’ll know that living in the Seattle retirement community of Foundation House at Northgate is going to be a wonderful location with easy access to shopping, doctors and fun.
You’ll be greeted in the lobby by our helpful receptionist who can direct you or answer your questions. Our lobby is a relaxing place to gather and chat with friends by the fireplace. Or, listen to one of our special guests or musically talented residents play our baby grand piano.
You’ll eat in our restaurant-style dining room, served by a friendly wait staff. Meals are prepared by our own talented gourmet chef, Steve.

Safe and Secure
For peace-of-mind and every resident’s safety, every apartment is equipped with an emergency call system, smoke detectors and sprinklers. Smoke detectors and fire sprinklers are located throughout the common areas of all buildings; fire systems are inspected and tested regularly to ensure they are working properly. Every day, our staff conducts a morning and evening check with each resident. Staff are on duty at the desk 24-hours a day for security and emergencies. All doors are locked 24/7 except our main lobby during regular business hours.
